Every Momiel order is sent with tracking. We currently ship to the United States only.
Delivery time
We estimate most orders arrive within 10–20 business days from the day you order. We will update this estimate once our carrier timing is confirmed. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on orders of $65 or more. Orders under $65 ship for a flat $4.95.
Duties included
All orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties and taxes are included in the price you see at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay at delivery.
Delayed or lost packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at hello@momiel.com with your order number. We'll trace it with the carrier and, if it has been lost, send a replacement or a full refund.
